Update: the service center manager has an attitude problem and is unprofessional. He called my phone about an issue with an attitude. He started off the conversation by accusing me of purposely damaging a tire and not reporting it. I asked simple questions and he got defensive. He was more concerned about getting payment without properly explaining the expenses. I don't appreciate the tone or accusatory attitude. I don't know who he thought he was talking to like that and expect them to cooperate with him going forward but h... read more
