Brought my All Terrain Wagon in for a factory recall and the dealership was nice enough to keep me informed and also perform a courtesy inspection of the car. Need new tires and the tire specialist was nice enough to match the price from tire- rack and educate me on alignment and tire rotation intervals. Going back next week for the new tires and alignment. Great car to drive but expensive to maintain, though I have come to trust MB Chantilly and think they will keep the car going past a 100K.
No issue with service and service rep - both were very good. I knocked off two stars because they didn’t have any Mercedes loaners available even though I requested the appt. weeks ago with the loaner. They ferried me over to a different location for a crappy Enterprise rental which took an extra 45 minutes. One reason I liked using this dealer in the past was the included Mercedes loaner. Service department was highly attentive to my needs and questions. Christian was outstanding, professional yet personable, and my car was ready more quickly than expected. I liked the monitor in the waiting area that shows the shop floor activities of all the cars in the bays —you can literally see your car getting worked on. Ample desk place if you need to crank out work while you wait too. Not my first fantastic experience with this service department either.
