My Service Manager was exceptipnally attentive and responsive to my questions.
Freddie is the best! We have been coming to Mercedes-Benz in Chantilly for years now… I wouldn’t have Anyone else but Freddie in the service department! 5 stars!! Update: Freddie and the service crew continue to be the best. My car just hit 100,000 miles and they’ve been with me all the way. It’s because of this team that I would purchase another Mercedes.
