I had a great experience at this dealership. I initially went in just to look at a car I saw online, with no intention of purchasing that day. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I went online last night and found just the used Cadillac x4 that I was looking for. I confirmed with the online rep and made an appointment for 2:00 today. I made a formal offer on the car and my trade in and they accepted. I went today to test drive and write them a check for the difference. When I arrived I was told that the car had been sold. UPDATE: Wanting to support my local dealer, I called to purchase a trickle charger for my car. I provided the Parts team with the part number, and I was quoted a price nearly $100 over MSRP. $279 for a part with a $184 MSRP. When I asked about this, I was told, "Yes, we mark all of our prices up over MSRP." I mentioned to the person in parts that I want to support local and have no problem paying MSRP, but there's no way I'm paying over MSRP when the same part is available from tons of dealers online for $139.
