Great staff. However just like most dealers, service is way overpriced.
I would strongly caution anyone considering using the service department here. My vehicle was serviced and charged for work that I never approved. When I raised this issue, the General Manager did call me and admitted that it should not have happened. But the work had already been performed and charged. I’ve not had anything similar occur at MB of Durham and it’s certainly not the type of experience you expect from MB.
I had a very disappointing experience with Mercedes-Benz of Cary. The customer service was poor, and the management was unreasonable. During my visit, I was given a loaner vehicle, which I had for less than seven hours before the tire punctured. The dealership blamed me for the damage and charged me for it, which I found completely unjustified. Had my scheduled CLA 250 transmission serviced and from scheduling to drop off to pickup everything up was very smooth. Nick was very helpful and welcoming.
