Failed to abide by California Foreign Language Translation of Consumer Contracts: Legal Guide K-4. Sold a car without offering the contract in the language native to the consumer. Was offered a car at an extremely steep price which was not effectively communicated between the two parties. Shame on Hoehn Mercedes for such business practices!!!
