Customer Service is always professional, but the auto service is just too expensive.
The experience at Mercedes in Buckhead was exceptional! They swooped me right in ( with no appointment) and took great care of my situation. They are professional and want you to leave happy. I had to leave my car there and they ordered an uber to get me home! My service guy was Joao and I will return to him with any problems I have in the future!
I had a problem with purchase after buying car Running Boards were oxidized saw this as I was about to drive off lot was told 700 dollars to paint running boards when really they should have been replaced now they will paint them to cover oxidation but I have to pay 200 dollars and I am not pleased at all I wish I had seen the damage when looking over car but just as I was about to leave Dealership I saw the damage and I agreed to Pay 200 dollars when all of this should have been covered by dealer not Happy at all now Correc... read more
Natasha was a fantastic dealer and very kind!
They did over $6k worth of repairs, but not one phone call from a service advisor. Had my car for 3 weeks. Only text messages only after I kept calling and texting. Disgusting!!!!
