My Advisor Luis is Outstanding! I was upset that the Warranty Department didn’t cover the door panel that should have been replaced with no charge, but they decided (The Warranty Department)…that someone must have hit the panel, which is impossible. I was upset because it has been that way since the first day I bought the car. I just accepted the fact that it was made that way….. until I was in my son’s car and his car panels were so smooth.
