Not worth it. I took my vehicle to get serviced and ended up with a crack 2 feet long in my windshield because they “washed it “even though the service advisor said they shouldn’t because it had a chip in the windshield(the chip had been filled). Apparently I was supposed to tell them not to wash it. I have been going there for years and I will not return. The entire thing was a mess.
Pat Enriquez is my service advisor. She recently assisted me with my vehicle’s 10,000 mile service. As in the past her assistance was beyond measure. If your Mercedes needs service, see her. Thank you Pat for always going above and beyond!
Wonderful service with Randy. He kept me up to date and informed on my vehicle. And I so appreciate Amanda getting me in a loaner car (without notice) because of the warning light on my car.
