I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Once the sale was completed, it became nearly impossible to get anyone to respond. I discovered a discrepancy between the advertised price and the price listed in my purchase contract. Despite following up for over a week through multiple phone calls and emails, I received no response from the finance department and no progress toward resolving the issue. Very Unethical Dealer I had a terrible experience with Fletcher Jones Mercedes Beverly Hills. I negotiated a deal on a Mercedes-Benz G550 and was preparing to wire the funds, just waiting on them to give me final numbers. Instead of honoring our agreement, they sold the car right out from under me without warning. If you expect a dealership of this caliber to honor their word or respect your time, look elsewhere. There's too many Mercedes dealers in the area to put up with this type of business practice.
My recent visit and experience at Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills was excellent. Farzham my sales executive for the past 20 years was extremely accommodating. The entire MB staff made you feel welcomed, from the moment their "private valet" attended to my vehicle, all the way through the process of obtaining my new vehicle. The atmosphere was light, friendly and zero sales pressure. It seemed everyone at MB was working as a "team" and they were simply just there to help you. Thanks MB!
