Are you fuckin kidding me? What amazing customers service? Not for my black ass. First you tell me you have plenty of 2017 Smart cars to look at, there is only 5 total on the lot. Dude was 30 mins late for my appt at 1pm. When he finally comes out, I have to run downstairs because I left my ID in the car. I come back up and now he is on phone. Worst Mercedes dealership in the nation. Don't go here to buy a vehicle. I just stopped in to trade my car and it was like pulling teeth to get a sales associate and then when I get one he makes it seem like it's an inconvenience because someone pulled him from this trainings. I'm sorry my dear but you're in sales. I've had my Mercedes C400 since January and I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER MERCEDES. The products are junk and right down to there terrible customer service. I'm on my way to Audi as we speak. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!
