During my first maintenance, the service advisor only gave me a paper with three package prices. I chose the lowest one—over $1,000—but no one explained that I could select individual services. My friend and other dealerships offered simple, affordable first services. I expected more transparency and fairness from Mercedes-Benz.
I have been consistently impressed with the professionalism of the service team at MB of Bellevue. Shawn, my service advisor, was outstanding in all regards. The assistance he provided throughout this latest servicing of my MB E350 was exemplary.
