I don’t feel the advisor was totally honest with me. After checking my car he told me that the repair would be around $400. I was there for 3 1/2 hours waiting for my car and when I received the bill it was close to $800. I don’t feel comfortable about doing business with this dealership but I’m stuck because we bought an after purchase warranty from them.

We recently got GLE 2020 from Mercedes of Bellevue. Malachi Lucey is awesome! He is kind, patient & a great salesman. He guided us through the whole process of booking the car to owning it. We went for a custom build & he took time to explain all the available packages & suggested to us ones which are must to have. I just bought my 4th MB in 5 years and dealt with Heru Tarjota. Heru is one of their top salespeople and I can understand why. He was very attentive to my needs, helped me to get the best deal and I drove away in my new, fully loaded, 2020 GLE. He has given me a tutorial and will be there for me when I need remedial training (which, for me, will be several more visits. I would recommend MB of Bellevue and Heru Tarjota for anyone who is serious about buying one of these outstanding automobiles.
