Service team and support teams are grossly understaffed. Very hard to get person on phone for an appt or service update. When go to drop off or pick up car it is like a ghost town. So frustrating that it makes us seriously consider not buying another Mercedes.

Friendly clean environment, bought a CPO 2017 C300 at night in the rain. Got it home and it had a scuff on the rear bumper and a softball size dent in the passenger door. Not sure if I like the no haggle price but oh well. It’s within the budget and better than a lease
In 2019 alone, my GL550 has been in the shop 8 times for the same issue. It shutters/shakes at highway speeds. On the 7th time and $5000 later, I find out this is a known issue. The reasons/service performed on the vehicle make no sense and they have done the same thing multiple times. Replaced all the tires/wheels 2x, alignments multiple times, replaced gas cap, cleaned wheels and balanced the tires, replaced brake pads, wrong fluid levels, replaced spark plugs, took wheels off and on.
