This is the worst service or lack of service I have ever experienced. Mercedes is a great brand but unfortunately poorly represented at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. Benz probably need to take a page out of Elon Musk book and fire the whole management team. As much as we pay for the vehicles and their maintenance you would expect a great customer service, but at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington, they don’t care or value their customers. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would!!!! Tomorrow makes two months that they've had my truck for repairs. They've cited everything from the insurance company taking their time, to parts not getting delivered as the reason for delays. Today we were told that it wouldn't be until the "top of the year" that we should expect to get the car back.....October 14th until the top of the year?????? I spoke to the "General Manager" and his reply was for me to call Germany and tell them to make their assembly line go faster. Th... read more

I dropped my car off for scheduled warranty service on 10/31. This appointment has been made a few weeks earlier. The car wasn't ready for pick up the following week before I had to travel out of the country, which is why I made the appointment for 10/31, providing several days for completion in the worst case scenario so that I could get the car in storage before my trip and bad winter weather. My wife and I was robbed at this dealership!!!!!!!!!!! We allowed this place to automatic sign papers for us. The loan officer pretended that he was helping us and signed for Gap insurance that we did need because we put down 40% on our car and was still cheated. I feel this was done because of our race. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR.

Pirates! Flat out pirates, Impossible to go into dealership for simple oil change without them trying to deceive you out of your hard-earned cash. I've been a customer this year and its been one bad experience after another.
