The service at Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue remains to be of good quality and generally responsive. Service Assistants and Managers make an effort to satisfy customers and will at times go above expectations. On the less positive side are the personnel turnover and the reduction in shuttle service since Barrier sold to Auto Nation.
My service advisor was Jesus. Very polite and efficient. The Service Department seems to be very well run.
We just had our suv serviced last week. It also needed the front drivers seat repaired and while we were at it we asked if it could be detailed. Our service advisor Sarah Quinonez was amazing and kept us up to date until we picked it over the weekend even while she was out of the office. We couldn't be happier with the level of service we received from Sarah and Mercedes Benz of Bellevue!

This dealership was horrendous, especially their customer service. I stopped by this morning, 03/07/2020 and I could see sales people sitting in their “cushy” chairs and no one bothered to approach me and my family to help us. Astonishingly, an elderly couple walked right behind us and immediately, a salesman approached them offering assistance.
