I have had nothing but excellent service from this place since getting my first Mercedes in late 2017. This week I was there for an interior detail and regular service and when checking out today, there was an issue with their system. Instead of having me hang around while they figured it out, Matthew and Justin just took care of it and sent me on my way!! My car looks beautiful and I’m looking forward to my next one that is currently on order. Thank you so much!
We walked in and stood, ignored, for over ten minutes, while employees chatted with each other but not with customers and for sure not with us. Finally a woman, without a mask and without keeping her distance, walked over to ask us if we had an appointment. When we told her that we hadn't known we needed one, she told us that due to Covid safety precautions, we needed to have an appointment. That would have been easier to swallow had she or the bulk of the other employees been wearing masks...also a safety precaution, last I... read more
I had a good experience with getting an oil leak fixed under warranty, it was serviced in about 4 hours while I was provided with a loaner car. I was glad there was no mention of added expendables for anything which was meant to be covered by warranty
Great experience here, even though we did not purchase a vehicle. Not pushy, very helpful. Yaro was very informative and showed us a couple of great possibilities. It wasn’t in his favor, since this was our first stop in looking for a vehicle, but he was very helpful. We would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.
