The staff is always polite and cordial. How ever, I had service done and was told it would take an Hour and a half. It took 3 hours!! I didn't have the Luxury of someone picking me up and they do not offer shuttle service due to covid.

We have always been very pleased with the service at Mercedes Bellevue. Ryan Collins is excellent as our service contact. He is friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. Service is precise and quick which keeps our car humming.

Friendly customer service, however diagnosis was not what was requested and very questionable in legitimacy when taken to another certified MB mechanic for second opinion.
