I went to there for annual maintenance. when they finished and returned my car. I found that three tires had low pressure. I told them to check on it. A few minutes later, they told me I was good to go. But just out of the service center, low pressure warning appeared again. 😱😱😱Obviously they did nothin to it. I was so frustrated! Do I deserve it? Do they know it's dangerous for driver? 😡😡😡

The whole process of trading in an old truck for a new ride was incredible because the employees loved their jobs! Thomas Mioc is the next generation of vehicle sales people. He was respectful and kind. I was embarrassed to drive my old Dodge to the dealership and park in the front but it did not phase him. I went car shopping yesterday and after an unsuccessful 4 hours spent at a different dealership, I went to the Mercedes Benz of Bellevue. There I was greeted right away by the staff and had the pleasure of working with Thomas. Not only was he very knowledgeable and professional, but he accommodated all of our special requests. Is one hour $200 labor too expensive or normal? Yesterday I went there for passenger side airbag recall which is free. At the same time I requested to replace passenger side rear lamp. Totally 2.5 hours spent including half hours washing car. So I guess around one hour was spent on replacing the lamp. And I was charged $200+tax labor fee. AutoNation Collision Center quoted 0.5 hour. I understood it could take twice time here but not three or four times since anyway, replacing airbag needs time.

I did a check engine light diagnostic & associated repair with the Bellevue Mercedes team. My service advisor Malachi Lucey is the best! Malachi kept me up to date as my car was repaired. He was an excellent service advisor! Definitely going back.
