Friendly service staff. They greet you right away when you pull in. Their service has always been prestige, pricey bit well worth it in the end You can't cut corners on Mercedes repairs and I trust them. The best part yesterday they washed my car. That means alot. Thanks

Always greeted warmly when I arrive, courtesy vehicle waiting and a real-time estimate given for completion. My service advisor Sarah Quinonez was very cordial and helpful and very responsive.
David was fantastic at helping my wife and I buy a car. We walked in, he made time to fit us in even though we didn’t have an appointment and pulled a couple vehicles for us to test drive ASAP. He then gave an extremely detailed demo of all the bells and whistles and made sure to set us up for success on our test drive. When we returned from the first test drive of the GLA he already had the GLC waiting for us to pop into. We got back and immediately told him to get us the paperwork to buy the GLC fully loaded.
