I wanted to keep my personalized plate but Trudi didn’t know how. DMV said: I should NOT PAY for a plate I DID NOT WANT. She should consult them to get educated. What an inconvenience !!!!

Positive experience with Service Manager Michael at MB Bellevue. Took my car in for a recall notice and some help setting up the Android CarPlay for navigation. It took a while to figure it out but he was committed to helping me figure it out and by the end of my service appointment I left with the recall fixed and navigation set up and ready to go. Thanks!
Excellent service in the service department! Snacks, transportation, good communication, free car wash, personalized attention, beyond clean atmosphere, practically luxurious, as would would expect from the Mercedes company. Will come again!
I have been going to Mercedez Benz in Fife for 9 years already for my Mercedez services but this last dec I want to try Mercedez Benz of Bellevue. I found Brandon Large(consultant) outstanding and excellent on his Job. He made me feel welcome ,honest, friendly, and explained everything about my car service needs. His team was fast and did a great job. Finished on time. I will definitely go back to MB Bellevue again. Thank you Brandon.
