I have never felt so violated in my life. i was lied to over and over, and ripped off for 38,000. I KNOW! UNBELIEVABLE!! THEY LURED ME THERE TO TEST DRIVE A CAR AND WHEN I GOT THERE IT WAS GONE. Then they went to work on me. The sales people work together to pull it off. I was lied to over and over and over again at every facet off the transaction. Do not go here. Please.
Nice dealership, unfortunately, the salesman who sold the car wasn't helpful in solving a title issue. To be honest, the title problem was caused by the customer, not the dealership nor any of its employees. The ones who helped solve the problem, were Bretnsy Murillo, the receptionist and a young lady doing sales that day. They were great and investigated the matter and found the solution in less than an hour. Maybe one of them should be them manager.
Gross negligence displayed by staff! I purchased a vehicle last April from out of state. I traveled to the dealership in Denver to inspect the vehicle and make sure everything was ok, which it was, so I paid up, signed the papers and returned to my home state, with the promise by salesmen John Mattis and Dmitri Kouznetsov that they would handle the collection and transportation of my car two days later with the utmost professionalism. Mercedes Benz of Plano and Mercedes Benz Warranty mislead me into thinking they replaced my transmission when they rebuilt it. I've been paying for a car that is parked in my garage since January, because it now puts my life and others in danger of an accident. Mercedes Benz of Plano drove my car out of warranty while claiming they could not diagnose the issue. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! My check engine light was on and car was running a bit rough with a slight drift. Had all the necessary work done(all the recommended issues they identified as the problems) along with an alignment for the drift and an 'A service' because it was due in about 2 months so I had them do that as well.
