RecommendedYesterday, I had a large red alert signal on my control screen stating “alert check tire pressure”. I immediately drove to Bellevue Mercedes to see if they could help. I had no appointment and, as usual, the entry for service was filled to capacity. I was approached by Alexa and Jenny and Jerome who took over to solve my problem. I had a nail in my tire. Alexa in service department was so caring and professional. We were traveling when a check engine light came on. Alexa got our car in to figure out what was wrong plus she gave us a nice loaner car. Thank goodness problem wasn’t something extensive and she had us back on the road that evening. Then she called the next day to see if car was still okay. Alexa is a great ambassador for Bellvue MB.
