Take my car in for a diagnostic test, they say they fix it, engine light turns on about 5 mins after i leave. now i have to 1000 to fix it? not quite sure it went from fixed to me owing a grand in 10 mins lol. I would do your best to go to the rochester Mercedes, because these guys truly are scammers here.
I had my 550 Mercedes with about 37,000 miles in for scheduled maintenance. This included a transmission flush along with a number of other maintenance issues. The car is almost five years old. THE WORST AND NOTHING is exactly what you will get from this place. A year ago, I purchased a $75k+ vehicle from here. They were very persuasive in getting me to purchase a $3k tire and rim coverage, due to having black rims. I fell for it, and the coverage has proven to be anything but actual coverage for damage on the rims. They have "touched up" my rims twice through my warranty coverage and it is so awful, I could have done a better job with a sharpie. I requested the rims be completely sanded and redone. I brought my GL 450 to Sewell on December 14 to have the airmatic pump replaced. My service advisor, Juan Quiroq, aka Jay, told me my battery needed to be replaced. Mercedes-Benz’s dashboard lets you know if something is wrong with your vehicle. I informed Jay, I did not get any indicator from my message center about my battery. He told me how the service department ran a diagnosis on my vehicle, and the battery was not correctly powering my SUV. This is the 4th Audi I have owned, definitely my last. The performance of the car is basic, but will get you from point A to point B. The primary frustration is that the AudiConnect app never works. It is sold as a great tool to monitor and control your vehicle, however has only worked 1 out of the 6 months I have owned the vehicle. I called twice and the woman answering told me that they would call me back. I almost never write bad reviews but they still havent called back and I am so upset by my recent experience that I find myself just having to share it. I Went in to get safety recalls taken care of, since I was leaving it for a couple days I decided to pay for a total inside detailing.
