Never ever buy Mercedes here at Alfano Mercedes in San Luis Obispo California I’ve enjoyed my Mercedes SLK my ML 350 my 3500 sprinter 4x4 until serviced at Alfano motors i took van in for injector covered by extended warrantee. Would give a negative star if possible! I brought car in for a factory recall on fuel pump replacement. Few days later I picked up the car, found a new scratch on left front wheel. I reported to the receptionist (service advisor was off that day). 3 days later, SA sent me a link to a "drop-off walkthrough video". Dealer Bergstrom Mercedes Appleton Took our 2021 GLC 300 in for recall for the fuel pump they had a loaner ready for use. There was a worn spot on drivers seat which I asked if they could take care while here Sergio was the service advisor he argued with me and said it would not be covered before talking to Mercedes. I was shopping for GLS and GLE coupe 53 and when I came to MB of Cherry Hill my salesman was Noah Headley. He spent with me hours showing me all kinds of trims and explaining to me the difference between them. Any question I asked was answered by detailed explanation, so my choice narrowed to a specific need and finally I decided what I need most. I am so thankful to Noah for his help in choosing the right model. Suggest that dealership and this salesman.
Poor Service and do not honor their promises on service.
We dropped our car off for a diagnostic and when we picked it up, it was wrecked/damaged on the front left. Had to call, visit in person, and email repeatedly to get any action. They tried to frame a tow truck for the incident, but never provided proof of anything. Service Manager, Chandler Matthews, was aggressive, rude and unprofessional.
