Unfortunately my experience was awful. First they sent me to the waiting room saying that would call me when that could discuss what services I needed. Finally I came out and asked when I would come up and they looked confused. Eventually they said my car had already been sent for services. I thought since I had told the service department the night before that I wanted both the full service since the service light was on and in addition the air conditioning was not working. The customer service is very attentive at Mercedes Bellevue-down to the detail. From the greeter to the advisor and finally the mechanic/technician you can tell customer satisfaction is a high priority.
My wife and I just bought a new car at this location. The entire experience was excellent. Thomas Mioc is a very warm and friendly salesman who took care of all our needs and helped us close the deal without any hassles. Highly recommend this location if you are in the market for your next car!
