RecommendedNick was my service representative and he was very thorough in describing what my car needed. He did not rush me so, I was able to make an informed decision that I was comfortable with. However, there is a gentleman in the parts department that is patient, knowledgeable and very warm to work with. I don’t know his name but, he enjoys tinkering with his own cars on the weekends. He is the kind of employee every employer wish they had. I spent a lot of money this time and I walked away with a smile.

The sales team and mechanics are all very nice and helpful. But the service department is horrible with passing along information. It was just a bad experience with them. This is the first luxury vehicle I have purchased, and I just expected more than the very lazy experience we received.
