Bad customer service, paid $2700 for 3 year complete vehicle service including oil change , when arrived for 3rd oil change at 23000 miles they said you have to pay for it I said last time I stopped by was for check engine light not for oil change, they didn’t believe me . be careful don’t prepay for any service they offer .

They had my moms smart car for 2 1/2 months because it needed an engine. The service advisor would not give us call back when they found info out. I had to call them to get info. They would return my call 2 days later. If they ever did. They would not give my mom a loner. Smart said that they would give her 2 weeks of one.
