Been a long time customer of this dealership but not any more. Their service department is a joke! Made an appt for 2 camera issues and they didn’t touch the auto for 3 days. . No updates from the service advisor . I had to call for updates. In January i took it in for service and not all issues were not addressed. Wrote a Mercedes review and no one contacted me.
