I had my vehicle towed to the dealership to begin the process of having a new key made for it. I went in, signed necessary paperwork, verified registration to ID, everything I was supposed to do and was told it would be 3-5 days. I waited almost 1 week later to call for an update. Once I did, the service advisor was confused and had no knowledge of a key associated to my name.
