Worst customer service. Husband bought me a car and no one came out to show me how to set it up or customize it for my profile the entire time. Even though I asked multiple times for someone to show me how it works. All paper work was done before we showed up and there were plenty of people who could have come help me get it set up but I got completely ignored even though the car was purchased FOR ME. They really know how to make you feel excited and cared about.

Brain was doing a good job but was overwhelmed. They have many sales people but only one service advisor. The technician who did my service left to have training after changing the tires and putting an order in for "parts" but did not tell anyone what the parts for an oil change where that were needed for Brian to tell me. Finally Brian was able to ask and get the information which was special oil and filters???? Service department has issues that make owning a MB not worth it. I have owned an S class for 5 years and have always used the dealer for maintenance. With all the computer systems on there you pretty much have to use the dealer. That is going to run $500-$2000 for tire change overs and normal service, but I guess that is to be expected. What is not expected is its about 50/50 that you’ll get the level of service you are paying for.
