I purchased a pre-owned vehicle here a month ago. Initially they seemed very helpful and nice but after the purchase of the vehicle I had to deal with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The car I purchased was missing a center cap and a tear in the leather. Which is not a big deal it’s used but to compensate for that I was given a “we owe you” for the dealership to get this completed. The salesmen are sleazy liars. I have 6 months worth of emails and letters encouraging me to turn my lease in early and lease the 2022 version of my car for just $50 more a month. I’ve been in communication with them about this for months, waiting for the car they offered in the letters to arrive. I got a call saying my new car was finally ready. The customer service was one of the most horrible experience I have ever had. I was yelled at in the middle of the parking lot. After purchasing the car I noticed after they pulled the car out of the space and put the 30 day tags on there was damaged to the bumper. They stated that I could bring it back and they would have it painted. After two weeks there was a guy who painted the back with his hand and stated that he could not get everything but he did as much as he could. I arrived for my annual (10000 miles service) at 7:00 AM. A gentleman appeared in front of my car introduced himself and did the paper work. Same day and Same morning service was completed. He came and completed the outgoing paperwork. They have a busy service area with engaged customers and sales associates; he was doing his job working and going from area to area of the department and replying to each client professionally and passionately. I recommend the Service Department at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria. My service advisor, Cesar C****** is very knowledgeable and helpful whenever I need to have work done on my car. He explains what needs to be done in a timely manner and I value his advice. I look forward to having my car serviced at MB of Alexandria.

Fantastic! The whole staff seems to treat you as if you are the only person they have seen all day! Love the service staff..one check in you man took off in a run to retrieve my EZ Pass I had left behind as it was heading for a service!! What a genuine group of people.

I live pretty close to this place (Annandale / Alexandria) and bought a car from them in 2015 and was really happy with the experience. I've bought 6 cars in my life and this was the best to date. The salesman is no longer there, so I can't call him out, but let's just say that this time, I didn't have the overwhelming urge to take a shower after buying a car. I have been a customer at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria for two and half years. Every time I have taken in my wagon — whether or not I made an appointment ahead of time — the service department has been prompt, polite, and efficient, and when I’ve had a problem, they’ve diagnosed and repaired it competently and quickly. I have worked with both Cesar and Alex, and both have treated me as if I am their most important customer. It is a pleasure to take my car to M-B of Alexandria.
