He communicated with me at major steps of service for confirmation and providing options before executing those steps. His suggested options were clear and cost effective and mutually agreed. We had our GLS550 in the shop for over 4 weeks, not due to the dealership, but due to parts being on back order. This has been all North America and Germany wide as we called dealers in Germany hoping we could expedite the process.
