They were great at finding the part I needed even for an older benz, was exactly what I needed and no hassle at all! Super friendly when picking up the part, would love to test drive one of those amg c63's some day!
Would put zero stars I could. They've done this to us once but weren't expecting it to happen a second time. BEWARE they told us the fuel was contaminated after we told them what our computer said was the problem. Charged $1500 for that and then we still had the same issue. Charged another $180 for a SECOND diagnostic and then they said the issue was what we initially told them was the problem.. don't waste your time and blow your money. A chop shop would take better care of your vehicle.
Customer oriented dealership. Bertina, the product specialist, is very friendly, professional, and a very good communicator. She provides effective advice. Kirsta, the delivery specialist, is an excellent professional communicator .
Excellent and outstanding service. When I brought my car there for some unexpected repairs , I was in a lausy mood. Afterwards, when I picked my like new looking car up and everything was explained to me by the very friendly,helpful and highly knowledgeable Shop-foreman Frieder, I left the place like a king. Everything was done to my full satisfaction and up to the penny, to the estimated price, Mercedes people in Kitchener you can be proud of yourself, You earn it every day.
