If it’s possible I will give them negative 1. Did biggest mistake to buy Mercedes GLE 450. Remote start is free for 1 year. After that need to pay around 25 $ monthly to activate this service which is ridiculous. Remote start is basic thing now a days and in most of car brands it’s free of charge . One more issue I would like to highlight is that Lessee is not allowed to trade in with other brand during lease period . Had to pick up some parts from Mercedes to fix my GLE. Had a great experience dealing with Harris from the moment I arrived at parts. The level of professionalism was great and it was a smooth process. Knew exactly what was needed and had no issues with the part when I came home and replaced it! Thanks for the great experience!
