Great service experience at Mercedes-Benz Green Lane. Robert was outstanding as always: professional, efficient, and very reliable. The staff at the front were also excellent and made everything smooth and easy. The whole process was quick and well organized. Overall, a smooth and very pleasant service experience.
Huge shout out to green lane service centre, they had about 20 sprinters in their shop and they still managed to get my sprinter serviced within the same day. Thank you QUENNIE
I strongly advise others not to go to the Green Lane Mercedes-Benz service centre for repairs. When we arrived, everyone was very polite at first. We clearly explained that our commercial vehicle is still under warranty, and their diagnostic system showed that the vehicle needed to be sent to the factory for further inspection. Today I had an amazing experience at the Mercedes-Benz Thornhill dealership. Ryan from the service department took the time to explain a service I wasn’t aware of and walked me through everything clearly and patiently. He also personally handled the service, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
