I had an excellent experience at the downtown Mercedes-Benz parts department. Mr. Joshua provided outstanding customer service and was very knowledgeable about the parts I needed. He took the time to address my concerns, explained everything clearly, and ensured I received the correct parts for my vehicle. Appreciated it! Truly one of the best service experiences I’ve had.

The service advisor crossed out the price and told me an oil change alone would cost over $500, then pressured me to choose between “Service A” and “... read more
No one picks up the phone, been there in person I was ignored on multiple occasions. Go anywhere else. I’m still waiting to get called back and get my vehicle. I’m surprised Mercedes will allow a store like this to operate.
