Too bad service, whenever you drop your car off, they will fix it and cause damage in another part, you will drop your vehicle through appointment for a minor issue, no body will call you back, follow-up to tell you what is the problem they are going to fix or their plan for service, until you call them back. They will tell you more excuses, and you can pick it tomorrow, no way before that. This is the most worrest service place you can take your vehicle to.
This morning I had my 2017 GLC in for service. I was cared for by Clive Cheung. He made the serving experience clear and specific to my needs. His willingness to take the time to explain each step and to advise me on sensible service path instilled a very solid level of confidence. The whole process was smooth and reassuring. Obviously, I will be back. Thank you Clive.
