I went in for service and specifically mentioned multiple times that my rearview camera wasn’t working due to a recall. Despite this, no one took the time to check it. I brought it up again before leaving the car, but it was completely ignored. Anthony was assigned to my file and unfortunately didn’t seem to care at all. I’m writing this review out of disappointment after a recent experience at this Mercedes-Benz dealership. After picking up my vehicle, I noticed a significant scratch on the passenger side door that was not present when I originally purchased the car. My son and I had thoroughly inspected and documented the vehicle together at the time of purchase, so I’m confident the damage occurred while the car was in their care.
