I spoke with the sales manager, Terry Macheras over the phone and we agreed on a price for a vehicle they had listed for sale. STAY AWAY, DISHONEST BILLING Extremely bad service experience. As a family owning successive benz over the years( c class, glc, hydrid, gle you name it). Never experienced this level of DISHONESTY when came here to pick up our car after repair service. We got messages on all the items we agreed to do and quoted for. Came in for pickup, Surprise, they have additional diagnostic items( the 0 part, all labor kind) on our bill.
