Thank you Ben for your outstanding service, advice and above all out of the box assistance with providing me with the part number confident that my car was safe to drive home. Overall i left feeling incredibly disappointed and disrespected. Me and my partner were in the middle of a big drive and had random troubles with our sprinter Van Engine light coming on, we have had no previous issues and had a service elsewhere just a Week ago. After saying they were available in the phone, We drove to Coffs Mercedes mechanics to scan our codes with hopes to understand the root of the issue.
