The new building is a beautiful upgrade. My experience was wonderful. My purchase was complete in about 2 hours. I told Sean exactly what I was looking for that is what he provided. Even at the end of the day on a Friday, the entire staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating.
This place is super bougie. I came for parts & nothing is labeled showing where to park for parts. When you go inside the building it’s even worse. The atmosphere is like waking in Lenox mall or something & lots of people standing around instead of helping. After I got the super overpriced, windshield wiper I waited around for about 20 minutes looking through a conversion van but no one was interested in making a sale to me.
I live out of state but had to drop-box my car at the dealership late Sunday night due to a tire disaster. Madison in Service was great, worked to get my car back to me as quickly as possible and kept me informed the whole time.
