This place is super bougie. I came for parts & nothing is labeled showing where to park for parts. When you go inside the building it’s even worse. The atmosphere is like waking in Lenox mall or something & lots of people standing around instead of helping. After I got the super overpriced, windshield wiper I waited around for about 20 minutes looking through a conversion van but no one was interested in making a sale to me.
I live out of state but had to drop-box my car at the dealership late Sunday night due to a tire disaster. Madison in Service was great, worked to get my car back to me as quickly as possible and kept me informed the whole time.
Untrustworthy, lie about what is needed. Will never do business with this dealership
