Brought my 2014 Mercedes in for it’s 60,000 mile checkup. I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me a 2018 Mercedes as a loaner while mine was in the shop. Service was complete later the same day which even included changing the wiper blades. They also had my car washed and vacuumed before I picked it up! Service was exceptional and everyone that I came in contact with was very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Horrible experience with Bob Evans, Richie Uhl, and the entire Fletcher Jones Motorcars dealership. I can't believe so many suckers buy a car there (myself included). They promise "complimentary" services and rental cars. The reality is that it costs over $1000 a week just to get a rental car from them and $300 for every detail and service. Basically $300 to wash your car. They don't even detail the inside. I asked them for a quote to fix a small scratch on my bumper. Richie said don't worry it will be $1000 - $2000 tops. My experience with the company was ok but with the finance manager and finance team was horrible I would never deal with them again they made us feel like we was criminals or like we was commenting a crime I personal called the owner and he personally called me back which is Finley Ewing and he was very nice, but I could tell that nothing was going to be taken care of over the way we was treated it was unacceptable and I we was in line to get our deal finished and they took people in front of us and we ended up sitting in th... read more

I will never be back here again! My car was worked on here my (Steering Lock Motor) went out on my steering wheel and cost me $1,568.85 to fix. It was dropped off on Saturday and picked up on Yesterday (Tuesday), drove my car to work this morning and my check engine light came on. Called the dealership to find out if my battery would be kicking off my check engine light, and they informed me that it shouldn't but I would need to bring it in. Over the past 25 years, I have purchased numerous vehicles from MBOFSA and have always been extremely happy with them. It's always a pleasure when I have my car serviced at MBOFSA.
