I have a 2025 GLC 350 purchased elsewhere. Called Manhattan Mercedes as my infotainment screen blacks out when driving. They told me I could not have a loner car because the car was not purchased from them. Unbelievable!

This company is a scam and rip-off business. Don't do business with these crooks especially in finance. If, you overpay you will NOT get your refund. Very disappointed customer. Totally unacceptable service. Clyde

Did a wonderful job in repairing my Mercedes: I would highly recommend. The Collision Center team worked with my insurance company,  kept me updated on the progress of my GLA250,  and did a great job in repairing my Mercedes.

Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land deserves ZERO stars!!!! This is the worst dealership experience ever!!! The customer service sucks! Management does not even respond nor properly address any issues. There is an overall nonchalant careless attitude! On May 16, 2025, we visited the dealership to possibly trade-in our G-Wagon. The salesman lied about the value of our 2025 G550 Brilliant Blue G-Wagon trade-in just to make a sale. This dealership deserves ZERO stars!!!! This is the worst dealership experience ever!!! The customer service sucks! Management does not even respond nor properly address any issues. There is an overall nonchalant careless attitude! The salesman lied about the value of our trade-in just to make a sale. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna , 116K, from MB. The rep explained they had looked over the van completely and all was inspected and in good shape. My bad to trust them. Within 40 days, the front end vibrated alot at highway speeds. I brought it in to discover both CV joints and shocks were leaking, bushing s shot, (had been for a long time) and all needed replacement. $2700 later in the middle of a road trip I wandered home to get no financial help from MB. Let's see what corporate does when they sell you a LEMON IN CHERRY HILL NJ. And I paid cash up front My 3RD Benz. All the pictures in the dealership are of the EAGLES players. Guess I am too poor to be taken care of. They advertise we are the EAGLES CAR DEALERSHIP. Unless you have their money, you will be treated like me POOR STREET GIRL. No worries I will sue, get all my money back and get another car NOT A BENZ BC I AM POOR.

I n April 2025 I purchased a 2025 GLB with 10 miles. The car broke down May 21, 2025. Had to be towed to them. Today is May 23 and NOONE HAS CONTACTED ME ABOUT A LOANER OR WHAT THE ISSUE IS. They told me they have NOT even looked at the car to see what the issue is after 72 hours of it being towed to their dealership. Four texts from them stating we are working on it but we have NOT looked at your car. Its A LEMOM CLEARLY. Litigation.
