Service department does not do a good job. Service manager has poor customer service and life skills. I'm not sure how he ties his shoes.
Terrible Experience w/ Service Department - Bad Customer Service
Ryan Frick service manager refuses to service my 2017 S-Class because my previous vehicle had multiple oil leaks and was lemon law buy back also was damaged while in their care. I put in complaint to MBUSA and will remove this review once either Mr. Moreno contacts me to explain or a satisfactory resolution is made.
Ryan from service flat out refused to do warranty work on our new S-Class. Told us we need to find a different dealership!!!
Service Department refuses to do warranty work on our new 2017 S-Class and we were told to find a different dealership to do service.
I am new to OH and I am used to a much bigger Mercedes Dealership Service Dept operation (4 service bays, immediate attention upon arrival-meaning my never having to wander around the facility looking for someone, overhead monitors showing the appointments/advisor's names...etc.) However my N. Olmsted service advisor is very personable and so far, so good.
