Michael Maely was our salesman who purchased your vehicles from him He and the finance manager Jason were fantastic The sales manager also came to speak with us Everyone of the dealership had excellent customer service skills We had taken our previous vehicles there were service since 2017 that we purchased in another state before moving to South Carolina.
6 weeks ago I stoped by and asked about my windshield wipers they told me we have to put new one. I did but this couple days raining very hard and have same issue again today I stoped by and. Told what's wrong they told me you have to buy new or we can clean up your windshield with alcohol but this is gonna be $200. They are not friendly they are scams just trying get your money.
Drove 25 miles to pick up power steering oil to ensure I put only the right spec oil by MB. Advised the sales rep of it, he matched the VIN# and gave me the wrong oil. Luckily I checked for myself. Completely unprofessional.
