Friendly and good service
There are other dealerships that are closer but I prefer this one. They are nice and honest.
Stand behind their products when defective or inferior in design. Have a car with only 12,000 miles and the valve body shorted out causing incessant frequencies of the transmission going into limp mode. Mercedes refused to replace the defective product. End result was a bill for $2600 to replace the valve body that was obviously a design flaw or manufacturers defect resulting in inferior performance. Now I am an extremely disappointed customer.
