We have found our new tech. When you have a Mercedes, your average tech just won't do. That is coming from an auto tech wife. You want someone that knows your import inside and out. This is the place for that. We had our GLK 350 in, this guy told us stuff about our car we didn't even know about! He takes the time to explain what is needed. Very professional. Affordable. We feel he is the best. Side note, we drive over 2 hours for his services.
Apparently when batteries (there are 2) are approaching failure on S-class Mercedes, alerts go berzerk. Our car completely shut down. After a 40 minute wait it returned to drivable, we contacted shop, and Danny said "bring it in now". He deployed his diagnostic computer, (low batteries), ordered and replaced same day, and we were safe to make our 9 hour trip back home to San Diego. Wonderful experience! He's top-qualified Mercedes mechanic.
