Everything was good until the end. We moved out and the realtor agent did not properly inform the new owner about how to return the security deposit. We had to deal with the new owner because the real estate agent did not want to. Keep in mind we were college students. She was not helpful.
Very disapointed with this company!! I put an application in Jan and got approved for a house but was rented to someone else. Then I asked for another home and they never got back to me. They finally called me back April 30 to try and find me a home. Agent Stephanie has poor communication through phone and email. I got tired of waiting so I went else where. I don't recommend this property management!
