Had my first Therapeutic Massage and Chiropractic adjustment. I like the pre-adjustment massage, never had that before. Rachel gave me a good massage; finding a LOT of tension knots. The adjustment found me stiff as a board, so I would need to be a regular to get me all loosened up again. lol
