If I could give them a 0-star rating, I would! Never, I repeat NEVER take your Kia car to be serviced here! I took my car in for an air conditioner issue. The service guy said it would be fixed and I’d have my car in 2-3 days. I just got my car back 2hrs ago…after they had my car for 31 days!!!! Yes, an entire month. Went to Merced KIA this week with my husband to see cars. I was searching for a small 4 cylinder car that doesn’t waste too much gas. I was greeted by a young man by the name of Mark Perez who treated us so kindly. He provided us with so much information about the vehicle we asked about. Great customer service at Merced KIA. Think before you buy from Merced Kia **PSA: I purchased my vehicle in 2023 and was offered a 3-year maintenance plan for $1,000 that was worked into my contract It was supposed to cover up to 36,000, mi. So at some point in 2024 Merced Kia came under new ownership. I didn't know what that meant for me or my car's maintenance going forward. This place is too busy the parking lot is full finding a spot on the street is difficult sometimes I have to park way down the street. It has been more than five hours and I am still waiting. Go somewhere else if possible.
