Went to get fuel injector cleaner for my Golf. Found out that the service department is actually on the next street over with no connection to the dealership and no way to just drive through the lot, making me drive all the way around. I took my car in for service about a month ago for a check engine light. The lady at the front had a mechanic named Reyes there. He knew exactly what was wrong with it. That guy knows what he's talking about. Definitely taking my vehicle back here!
I purchased a vehicle less than 30 days ago and have already encountered repair issues. Despite multiple attempts to contact the dealership, I have received no response or follow-up regarding the necessary repairs. The lack of communication and support so soon after purchase is disappointing and raises concerns about customer service and accountability. I strongly recommend having any vehicle thoroughly inspected by a trusted mechanic before purchasing.
LIAR! We were told, by the manager, that as long as the part wasn't installed, we could return for a FULL REFUND. Now the liar manager said no... As we were taking the old part out, it started working, so we wanted to return the new, unused, uninstalled part for a refund, as we were promised. $287 down the drain! Don't trust this place for anything at all, bunch of thieves and liars!
Elena is very rude to customers and always has an attitude with everyone not professional at all .
