I took my vehicle to Merced Kia, owned by Fahrney Automotive Group, for routine scheduled maintenance. Ten days later, my car unexpectedly failed and had to be towed. Another dealership identified that the oil cap had not been properly secured during service, which caused catastrophic engine damage and resulted in my car being declared a total loss.
