This has been the best car buying experience in my life. Wow. Rob explained everything about the car to my wife during the test drive and initially setting up the Telluride. I have never seen a sales rep know so much about a car. JC the Sales Manager was very professional. Adam the Finance Manager walked us through all the paperwork and clearly explained all of the paperwork/financing. Our new Telluride was perfectly clean thanks to Steven. Thank you all so much for making this so easy to buy a car!
They will say anything to sell you. They're not specifically deceitful persay, just be cautious. I'm still waiting to hear back from them about an add on I actually purchased,but no one has contacted me yet. Also my front bumper is defective and Noone offered to fix it after the sale. Once they make the sale you don't matter
I'm going to be honest, the best experience ever at a car dealership, excellent customer service, they care about their clients' needs and do all that is possible to get you the vehicle you want. I will always be grateful to them for going home in the vehicle I came for. I % guarantee this location, won't be disappointed.
Absolutely useless. Sales, parts, service. Just awful. I hate having to drive an extra 30 minutes to Clovis, but it's the only option since these people cannot do anything right.
When I purchase my vehicle from them in November service was great. After that it's been awful. You try to schedule an appointment but you can't get ahold of anyone and they dont call you back. You call the sales department and they don't know anything. If I would have know how bad the service was after I purchased my vehicle I would have never purchased from them.
