no, no, no. don't call Merced C. B. H. recovery services. I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism and competence.
Meditation/awareness is not pointed at here it seems, most the mental illness/drug addiction, etc if not all comes from "Ego" or materialist/physycalist conditioning most of the world suffers from. The psychiatric medications don't help much instead look into various "non-duality" meditation pointers, psychdelics and evidence based therapy but please do your research. It is work and nobody is here to do your work but you. Recommend a book "Loving What Is" by Byron Katie but there are many pointers as there are grains of sand... read more
