Have been using Merced A/C for over 15 years Fred Burke always treated me fantastic. I don't know what changed but the lady who answers the phone needs some training in customer service. Customer service is so bad I have found another shop to service my equipment.
I applied here thinking Merced A/C is a great company to work for. I was WRONG. First of all they still stuck in the 80's making applicants go to the shop and fill out the application and interview you on the spot with no preparation. All they wanna know is if you'll do whatever you're told which means doing slave work in the warehouse when not driving. Chumps hiring more chumps. It's no wonder why this company is failing with customer service. You have been WARNED.
