The dentist Dr. Burns. He was the worst dentist I have ever been to and that was years ago. He was very rough and pulled a tooth without it being numb enough. I ask him if he was gentle and he said no and meant it.
Not very thrilled with the Tammy Alford, she's was rude and very bossy, I was nervous, but that was wrong of me I guess.. smh. She left me with bone exposed and getting infected. If she couldnt do the job right she never should have done it at all.
Incompetent,to say the least. Two small cavities in front,highly visible.Exrays were taken and I was given a appointment 2 months away.This appointment was just to clean not fill, I only have 7 teeth left that I take care of.She stalls in order to inflate the bill.She games the system at every opportunity. By the time they get around to filling the cavities it will be too late.
I had a great experience! I had to have two wisdom teeth pulled and the assistant stayed to talk to calm me down and the dentist had them out with no problem !
I went to see about getting dentures. Receptionist said they'd have to see if my insurance covered it. She called & found out it would. When I went for my appt, they referred me somewhere else to get my teeth pulled & said they'd have to wait to see if my insurance would cover it! Again!! So...I get my teeth pulled & am told to call Merce back in 3-4 weeks to get impressions done. I called. They say...I have to WAIT TILL THEY FIND OUT IF MY INSURANCE WILL COVER IT!! WHAT THE HECK?! They've had plenty of time to find this out... read more
