I ordered flowers online for a funeral service and later found out it was never delivered. I called the store and they told me that their system has been down so they don't receive online orders. Then why do you still allow customers to order online??? I even got a confirmation email & number for my order. The store didn't even offer me any discount for my messed up order. Horrible service.
