After 2 no shows and horrible leadership we backed out of going with Meraki. Check out the BBB. Other companies offer a better package. Meraki is NOT the way to go...... .I would have given them a 0 rating but was not possible.
Absolutely a joke of a company, no accountability and outright fraudulent business practices. Meraki's rep promised me almost $1,000 worth of extra incentives he failed to deliver on. On top of that, my system was installed incorrectly and took an entire 10 months - that's right, 10 months - to fix during which time neither Meraki nor Solcius were helpful in any way shape or form.
