If I could give zero stars I would Do not use this company I've had nothing but issues 1. Purchased (with a loan) solar panels 2. Install included electric panel upgrade 3. Job was "completed" and solar panels on Jan 2023 4. Two days later... Breakers blew, outlets, lights, GFI not working 5. Meraki electrician came out.. made me feel stupid...and said it was because I didn't have a light switch turned on to make outlet work. I asked about lights, GFI, and other outlets.... I love my solar! and Nick Nguyen was a great! I was not so sure about solar before I was informed of all the details. Nick Nguyen really helped me understand it was just swapping my power bill for solar. So thankful I made the switch and did not have to pay anything extra. The installation was a breeze, and all went as planned. Thanks again for everything.

Meraki solar recently installed solar panels on my home. The electrical wiring for the system was installed completely on the outside of my house and looks horrible. I contacted them, on the final day of installation, about being dissatisfied with this. Several days and multiple phone calls to their office resulted in being told that this is the new standard way that they install the system. We have been trying since November to get Meraki to remove the solar panels on our house so we can replace our roof damaged by Hurricane Sally. It is amazing we cannot talk directly anyone other than a receptionist. I left a poor review on their Facebook page which got an immediate response asking for more information, but no callback. I guess the next step is the BBB.

Meraki is a terrible company full of liars. They said that I wouldn’t have an electric bill that the loan would replace that payment but I would still have to pay a meter fee to the electric company. They also said at the end of the year I could claim the solar credit on my taxes and get money back that I could put toward my loan. All of which were lies. I now have a ridiculous $203 bill for the loan that after 17 months will increase to $300, on top of paying a $100 electric bill. I am paying way more than I have ever paid ... read more

After 2 no shows and horrible leadership we backed out of going with Meraki. Check out the BBB. Other companies offer a better package. Meraki is NOT the way to go...... .I would have given them a 0 rating but was not possible.
