Extremely poor customer service and completely unacceptable way to treat a customer I’ve never experienced a nail salon handle a simple, legitimate concern this poorly. My acrylic nails were hurting me because the base nails applied were too wide for my natural nail beds. They were digging into my skin and causing redness and discomfort. Meraki Nails is clean and staff ID friendly. I've been going to Kimmy N for years for pedicures and dip on nails. She is very talented and friendly. I recommend her, especially if you want nail art.
I go about every 2 weeks to get a pedicure. Today I went in and they weren’t very busy for a Saturday. I always get the $85.00 pedicure package and must say today’s pedicure sucked. It was like the lady doing my pedicure was in a rush and what was supposed to be a 60 minute pedicure was about 45 minutes. It was supposed to include the hot stones, which I never got. I love Meraki Nails!! I live out of the state but come down to Florida often and everytime I’m down I always come for a pedicure!! Very relaxing and always have a great experience!!!
Kimmy is AMAZING!!!!! I won’t go literally ANY where else. Seriously- this should be your go to spot
