They do good enough work here. What I don’t appreciate is calling ahead, making an appointment, being told to come in and then still having to wait like a walk-in. Not a friendly environment except for whoever is anticipating a tip from you. Going back to my old place that is farther away. Meraki lost my business
I have been to many nail salons in the area and I will say that Meraki is the best. My previous salon was impacted by the hurricanes and I needed to find another salon. I was fortunate enough to have Ben as my tech. From the start he was perfect. Since I have been going to him ( more than a year..?) I have NEVER broken a nail. My nails are natural, healthy and strong. The pedicures are always relaxing and spa-worthy. Ben is the best tech I have ever experienced.

I wanted a treat for the Xmas holiday & instead received the worst gel manicure ever!! The technician didn’t bother to even my nail lengths, so they were all different. The gel started to chip after 3 days & I went in to have it fixed. I got attitude & as usual, they rudely talk about you in their native language! The next days, the chipping progressed. I had to cut my long nails off after less than a week so they wouldn’t keep tearing from the chipping
