I got extensions here and I seriously could not be happier! I have VERY thick hair, so I was a little nervous about how well extensions would blend, but Madison absolutely killed it. I have 3 rows and they blend so beautifully with my natural hair—you honestly can’t even tell where my hair ends and the extensions begin. Madison is AMAZING. 1/5 Stars – Absolutely Terrible Experience I am beyond disappointed with Meraki Lounge. My daughter-in-law went in expecting a professional, quality service and left completely heartbroken—they completely ruined her hair. The lack of care and competence shown by the staff was unacceptable. You expect a salon to listen to what you want and protect the health of your hair, but instead, she was left with a total disaster that is going to take significant time and money to fix. I’ve gone here twice to get my hair done for the Marine Ball. I’ve had Caylah do my hair both times and she does such an amazing job! She also has an amazing personality and was able to connect with her so easily!! I highly recommend her for formal events like Balls, Proms, Weddings and Ect!!

This salon sucks!! The stylist Madison willingly messed up someone’s hair and gave them traction alopecia!!! And offered no apology or any acknowledgement at all!! She left the person on read! There is no professionalism or accountability with this salon so much for “luxury extentions”
