Had the best time with Christianna. I came from the UK to sit at her table & im not disappointed. The studio itself was lovely & I was impressed even with the cleanliness of the restrooms. As for my nails, great care & attention was given by Christianna.. I chose my colour & shape & she made up the rest.. & the set she created was me all over. She has done an awesome job. I drove almost an hour to get to their Kissimmee location only to find out that the nail tech called in sick. They called me to tell me earlier that the person called in sick but unfortunately something happened and it was the wrong number. After sitting around for a couple minutes and explaining what all I had to go through just to book and arrive at this appointment, they went above and beyond and Courtney not only called and asked someone on on their day off if they would mind coming in, but she actually went to go pick u... read more
Showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment and ended up waiting just under two hours to get my fill. I did not make a big deal just let them know that someone could have called me. Then the following month I had a work emergency and had to call to reschedule my appointment only to be told they would not be transferring my deposit. This time I expressed my frustration only to be told they would not be doing anything. Be aware everything separately priced even shaping.
I could not be any happier with this place, I've been going for couple of months now and I definitely don't regret the change. One of the best technician that I love going to is Carla you must check her out.
Amazing! I have been to many different salons in the Kissimmee area and this is definitely the best. The girls here are extremely talented and professional. The salon is beautiful and delivers such a relaxing experience. I received a full set, and pedicure and both were flawless. The girl that did my services was Christianna, she is extremely talented!
